Do you upload my file?

No. There is no upload endpoint. Open the network panel while you work — the file does not leave this tab.

Does it work offline?

After the page has loaded, yes. The libraries run in your browser. Unplug the cable and it still merges.

Why is it free?

Because the computer doing the work is yours. If you want the camera scanner with Indian-script OCR, that’s LumenScan on the phone.

What’s the catch?

Large files are limited by your device’s memory, not by our servers. We cap a single file at 80 MB so the tab doesn’t fall over.
